July 3rd Clemsonfest,
Clemson (5 PM-until)
On the evening before
Independence Day, Clemsonfest kicks off numerous area festivals and is the
only opportunity to see a major fireworks display over beautiful Lake
Hartwell. Join thousands of revelers for family fun in the early evening
with games, food, and crafts. Later enjoy doing South Carolina's official
dance, the Shag, to the best of hot beach groups such as the Tams as the

This event is held on Labor Day

Upcountry Folklife Festival & Ole Time Fiddlin' Convention, Pickens
Held in September on the 3rd
Saturday at the historic Hagood Mill. This is an even greater celebration
of "milling, music and memories" which is held the 3rd Saturday
of every month during the year. Enjoy live music, crafters, mill tours and

Central Heritage
Festival, Central
This annual event highlights the
charming town of Central's rich history and provides a variety of family
entertainments including the Drover's Old Time Medicine Show and others.
The festival also showcases local arts and crafts, thrills the children in
the special kids' area and provides a variety of food and beverages for
everybody. It is usually on the last Saturday of September that the

Antiques on Main, Easley

Not Sold In Stores: Easley’s Antiques on Main features items only found at auction and antique shows.
Many of the dealers who have sign up for the event do not have their own shops nor do they rent space in antique malls. Many prefer the excitement and public draw of the auction house and the antique show.

Christmas Tree
Lighting Tour, Easley
This event is usually the Friday
night before the first Sunday in December. This is a walking tour with
programs in each of the downtown churches. The tour ends in Old Market
Square with a mass choir from other local churches and a live nativity.
